Mental training = your secret weapon. Think cool tools like visualization, mindfulness, and pep-talks (yes, they work!). It’s what helps you stay chill, think sharp, and play smart. Because let’s be real—if you’re only training the body and ignoring the brain, burnout’s not far off. Let’s get you in the Zone more often, and rocking that A-game like it’s your default setting!
Polo
Equestrian sports are a whole different ride—literally! Polo’s my passion, and with a horse in the mix, the game changes big time. I’ve picked up some tricks to help you handle the highs, the lows, and those “why can’t I hit the ball?!” days. Let’s keep your cool, protect your pony’s vibe, and get you prepped to bring your A-game (or at least a solid B+) to every Chukker!

How it works
The process starts with a relaxed chat where we dive into your challenges, goals, and any mental blocks in a safe, open space. We’ll figure out what’s going on in your mind and create a personalized plan to help you level up, whether it’s boosting confidence, improving concentration, or shaking off anxiety. If you're dealing with fear of failure (or even success!) or if your performance is different in training vs. competition, let’s talk!
Then, we move into the fun part: execution! We’ll apply techniques, adjust as needed, and make sure you’re steadily progressing.
