About me

I was born in Germany but have had the "I’ve got a passport full of stamps" life, living in places like Italy, Argentina, and the UAE. Each of these adventures has given me a new twist on confidence and mental training. 

 

What really excites me is helping others discover the mental tricks and tools I’ve picked up —things I wish someone had shared with me sooner! I've been lucky to learn from some awesome teachers and picked up a wild mix of skills—like exotic dancing or the art of fasting, all of which worked wonders for my own confidence!

It’s so rewarding to watch others unlock their full potential and crush it with the same strategies that helped me get my mind into the game!

I’m all about helping people unlock their full potential, whether it's building confidence for that big business meeting, tackling challenges at university, or just navigating daily life like a pro. As a mental trainer, I specialize in helping athletes smash through mental barriers, but trust me, my approach works for so much more than just sports.

If you’re an athlete struggling with the mental side of performance or anyone who could use a little confidence boost, I’m here to help. My goal? To empower you to trust yourself, break through those blocks, and tap into the mindset that will help you thrive. No matter what you're facing, I’ve got one thing to say: You’ve totally got this!

How it works

The process kicks off with a fun, no-judgment chat where we dive into your challenges, goals, and anything else that’s on your mind. Think of it as a mental check-up! This helps me get a good look at your mindset and create a custom plan with strategies to tackle whatever you need—whether it’s boosting your confidence or keeping your focus from flying out the window. A lot of athletes deal with anxiety, and trust me, we can work through that, or even the fear of failure (or success—yup, that’s a thing!). If you’re killing it in training but freezing up in competition, we definitely need to have a chat!

Then, we jump into action—applying the techniques, tweaking as we go, and making sure you're steadily leveling up.

Throughout, it’s all about trust and confidentiality, with one goal in mind: helping you reach your full potential and feel like the rockstar you are!
