Each engagement is built around a single, specific situation — not a coaching program, not a long-term relationship. We work on what's in front of you, until it's resolved.
Session 1 — Map the situation. What's actually at stake, what's blocking movement, what the real decision is (often different from what it appears to be).
Session 2 — Work through it. Cut through noise, challenge assumptions, identify what you already know but haven't acted on.
Session 3 — Land the decision. Leave with a clear position, a rationale you can stand behind, and a path forward.

About me
I've spent 15 years making decisions under pressure — and watching others get stuck in them.
As a General Manager and operational leader, I've worked across MENA and Europe — restructuring organizations, building companies from broken foundations, leading teams through situations where the stakes were real and the right path wasn't obvious. I've made calls that affected people's jobs, company futures, and my own position. I know what it feels like when the decision matters and the clarity isn't there.
Before that, I worked as a mental performance coach with professional and semi-professional athletes — specifically on decision-making under pressure, competitive mindset, and performing when it counts. That experience carries directly into this work. High-stakes decisions don't stall because of missing information. They stall because of how the mind responds to consequence and uncertainty.
